Wonderful company! I was referred to ASAP Hardwood by a friend. Jose was the first to respond to my request for a meeting/quote to refinish and resurface my hardwood floors. Jose was able to meet when I was in town and he provided me a cost estimate on the spot (he later sent a written estimate). Of the 3 companies I met, Jose was the only one to recommend installing a toe step at the bottom of the baseboard. I was able to schedule the work within a few weeks of meeting and I am delighted with the results. They started and finished on time and I feel like I got a great value for the performed work. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Jose and his team at ASAP Hardwood Floors far exceeded my expectations; my spouse and I are quite pleased with the results of the hardwood floor refinishing that the ASAP team handled neatly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Communication and scheduling were a breeze, and Jose is both knowledgeable and congenial. Our hardwood floors truly look brand new. (Due to the recent move, I unfortunately do not have complete before/after photos but I have included a couple of recent shots of the living room floor.) Jose is awesome, we had a leak from our washer dryer and it caused our hardwood to buckle. I reached out to Jose and he was able to come by same day to take a look and even rip up the damaged floor so we could get in and dry the subfloor out with a dehumidifier. After we replaced our washer and the floor was completely dry we made an appt for him to come back and repair the floor. He was always very responsive and reasonably priced. I would recommend him for any of your hard wood flooring needs.

We just moved into a house that was built in 1949 and renovated in 2014. The floors were in fine condition but the color was just not our aesthetic. We had two weeks before move in and wanted to re-stain our hardwood floors on a whim as well as remove carpet from our finished basement and put new LVP down. We found Jose online by chance and we knew we would go with him from our initial phone calls. He is responsive, helpful, and always willing to listen and answer questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressured even slightly. We were courting a few other companies before we found ASAP and ASAP had the best communication, great availability, and very competitive pricing. Jose stopped by our house twice, once (when we weren't here) to take measurements and give us a preliminary quote - and a second time to sand part of the floor and show us the stains. We hadn't even signed a contract with him yet but he made himself available and was really happy to do it. Seriously - it is so difficult to find this level of customer service from contractors lately. We even had a little "issue" come up with stairs that needed the be replaced. Jose was so amazing about bringing it to us and the three stairs he was forced to replace were super affordable and are absolutely stunning. Not to mention, he went to Home Depot to pick up our LVP floor choice and transported it all the way here. No other service offered that. All in all, our floors are absolutely phenomenal. We are OBSESSED with our ebony stain. And the finished basement is a whole new world for us. I cannot adequately put into words how happy we are with the finished product of Jose and his amazing team. Jose continues to answer quick texts re: care instructions... so nice. We will without hesitation use ASAP for our future bathroom and kitchen remodels. We are customers for life!

Jose and his team were simply awesome. From the time we spoke about my floors to the time the job ended, he was available, friendly, answered my questions. They are fairly priced and he scheduled to do my floors while I was out of the country. Not only did they do everything they said, he made sure to rearm my security alarm, and moved all of my furniture back. And sent updates along the way. So happy with the whole process.
